I’m sorry yoga mates, but I must cancel tomorrow August 27th class. Our dog Snickers has a serious eye problem and the Vet just called with an appointment for tomorrow at 9:00 am. We must take it.
I plan on hosting an end-of-season practice on our MVM private beach next Saturday, September 3rd at 9:00 am. If you can make it, we will have one more practice this season. I hope to see you then.
